Basement

In the basement there is a home theater that has built in speakers and shelving for DVD/Blu-ray storage. The lights have a dimmer switch and there is built in component shelving with all of the cable hookups you could ever need:

• Optical Toslink

• Composite
• PC
• Ethernet

 

There is a newly finished living room area that would also be great as an office and workout room (pictures coming soon).  There is a large utility room, storage closet and space underneath the stairs for storage.  Also, a half bath room has been finished.  Updated basement pictures of office space and half bath coming soon!
