Backyard

There is a large fully fenced back yard that includes a concrete patio, xeriscaped flower garden, and five 4x8 garden boxes with water system. The garden boxes are separated from the fenced yard with gate access. There is a walk out basement that can be accessed from the back yard. An automatic sprinkler system waters the grass and flowers in both the front and back yards. Although, you can't see it clearly in the pictures there are a pair of flowering pear trees (no fruit).
